Thank you ever so much for the consideration you showed towards me and my family during our latest bought with the air purification system on our heating unit.  I'm not sure what hoops you had to jump through with Lennox, but it saved us much heart ache.  We really appreciate the service your business has provided us since you installed our unit.  In the event we build a house or know of anyone who is, I can guarantee we will recommend you to do the heating work.

 Dear Dean and Ken,

I just wanted to compliment your serviceman, James.  He has been to my home to work on the heater on several occasions over the past couple years.  Each encounter with him has been great.  He's on time, professional, personable, polite, efficient, neat and orderly.  I've felt comfortable enough with him to leave him the key so I don't have to make a trip home from work to let him in.
